Traffic Tickets in Snohomish County

If you have been cited for a traffic infraction in Snohomish County, your ticket will be filed in one of four courts currently used for traffic (and criminal) matters. Here are the four courts currently used by Snohomish County:

Cascade Division415 E. BurkeArlington, WA 98223

Everett Division3000 Rockefeller Ave. Everett, WA 98201-4046

The specific court your ticket will be filed in will appear on the citation and this is where you need to mail the ticket to. However, your appearance is not necessary if you have an attorney represent you.
