Some things never change when it comes to the Russian government and those holding the power. Now a detailed UK inquiry has just concluded that Russian President Vladimir Putin probably approved the killing of a former FSB spy in 2006 by Russian agents.
The findings conclude that two former Russian agents poisoned Alexander Litvinenko at a London hotel with highly radioactive polonium-210. And the two men who allegedly poisoned Litvinenko were acting on behalf of others, probably the Russian spy service, the FSB, and President Putin.
